I call this one the Out of This World Diaper Cake simply because the key item to this DC is the Lamaze Adrian the Alien stroller toy. Hehehe. The request was for a neutral theme as although the EDD is sometime next week, the baby gender is yet to be revealed, one shy baby this one is! Here's wishing the mother-to-be a smooth sailing delivery!
